ParaPanel is run by one person. This page says what I collect, why I collect it, and what I never do with it. If anything here is unclear, email me and I'll answer plainly.

What I collect

If you fill in a form on this site — the beta access request or the mailing list — I receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell me about your shop and the work you do. Those forms are hosted by Tally, which keeps its own basic record of when a form was viewed and when it was submitted.

If you have a ParaPanel account — your name and email address come from signing in, and the designs, libraries and files you make are stored so the app can give them back to you.

I don't ask for payment details, and there is nothing to pay for yet.

What I use it for

What I don't do

Who else handles it

A few services help me run this, and they only handle data on my behalf:

How long I keep it

Form submissions stay while the beta is running and while there's a reason to be in touch. Account data stays for as long as you have an account. Ask me to delete either and I will.

Every update email also carries an unsubscribe link. If you're in the UK or the EU, those are your rights under the GDPR, and I am the data controller for the purposes of that law.

This page sets no cookies of its own. The Tally forms and the sign-in step set the cookies they need in order to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Changes

If this changes, I'll update the date at the top of the page.
